Our Commitment

Commercial Lending Solutions is committed to ensuring that clscre.com is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to achieve and maintain conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Known Issues

We are aware of the following areas that may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements and are actively addressing them:

• Legacy blog articles — Older programmatically generated blog articles (pre-April 2026) may have inconsistent heading hierarchy. We are regenerating the full article set with corrected templates.
• Third-party embeds — Booking and calendar widgets from third-party providers may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1. We are evaluating accessible alternatives.
• PDF lead magnets — Downloadable PDF guides have not been audited for PDF/UA conformance. Tagged PDF versions are on our roadmap.

Technical Approach

We use the following technical measures to support accessibility across clscre.com:

• Semantic HTML5 with appropriate landmark regions (<main>, <nav>, <footer>)
• Skip-to-content links visible on keyboard focus on every page
• ARIA labels and roles on all interactive navigation elements
• autocomplete attributes on all form inputs
• Sufficient color contrast ratios (Navy #153D63 on white exceeds 7:1)
• Responsive design supporting 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling
• Keyboard-accessible dropdown navigation via CSS :focus-within and JavaScript ARIA state management
• prefers-reduced-motion media query disabling animations for users who request it
• All decorative images marked with aria-hidden="true"

Assessment Approach

Commercial Lending Solutions assesses accessibility through:

• Self-evaluation using Google Lighthouse accessibility audits on representative pages
• Keyboard-only navigation testing on major user flows
• Automated scanning with axe DevTools on homepage, contact, apply, and programmatic page templates
• Periodic review whenever new page templates or content types are added
