Trevor Damyan

CEO / Founder

Trevor E. Damyan is the Founder and President of California Loan Servicing LLC, based in Los Angeles, CA. He leads a team that provides debt and equity nationwide with a focus on the Southern California market. CLS has nearly a decade of experience financing commercial real estate within the middle-market space for both development and stabilized properties.

We are experts at facilitating 1031-exchanges for clients, helping them move capital across the nation by identifying and financing net-leased properties. With access to life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions, we can identify a capital market resource that best aligns with the investment strategy of our clients.

Prior to founding CLS, Trevor previously worked at CBRE Debt & Structured Finance, Marcus Millichap Capital Corporation, Genesis Capital, and Slatt Capital. CLS has been growing our book of business annually, originating between 250-400MM per year with an average deal size of 12MM across an array of product types nationwide.

Associate Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Mortgage Broker professionals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with commercial property owners and real estate developers. The ideal candidate doesn’t need to have a proven track record of success in commercial mortgage brokerage, but should have some related sales and or commercial real estate experience.

Associate Producer / Job Details & Application

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business relationships with commercial property owners and real estate developers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Prepare loan packages and submit them to lenders for approval.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations related to commercial mortgage lending.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial mortgage brokerage.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and closing deals.
  • An understanding of the commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
